The Boardroom · Raipur

AI cohorts, built from real client work.

The Boardroom is a physical space in our office in Raipur. Three kinds of rooms run here: professional cohorts for working people who want AI to actually do something useful, founder bootcamps for people building businesses, and Junior Builders — hands-on AI for ages 12–17 who'll grow up in a different world than we did.

No theory. No "future of AI" decks. We work on real problems, with real tools, in a room that's small enough that everyone gets seen.

A short version, before you decide to apply.

Most of India's serious AI training happens in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. If you're a CA, a founder, a finance professional, or a curious student living anywhere else, the assumption is that you'll either fly out or settle for diluted online versions.

That's a problem worth fixing.

The Boardroom is the fix. It's small on purpose: twenty seats per cohort, never more. It's built around real client work (the prompts I actually use on tax workpapers, the workflows I'm running at Teknosage, the automations my team has shipped to clients in oil refining, jewelry retail, and waste management). And it's grounded in compliance reality, because the person teaching you also files real returns under real deadlines.

If you're looking for someone to tell you AI will change everything, there are better venues.

If you're looking to spend two intensive sessions actually building something with AI that you'll use on Monday morning, this is the room.

Three programs.

Different audiences. Same standard.

TIER 1: Professional AI Cohort

For working professionals, CAs, finance teams, and curious managers.

What you'll do: Six sessions over three weeks. Build a personal AI workflow you'll actually use. Topics include workpaper automation, drafting and review, research workflows, client communication, and small-team automation. Heavy on practice, light on jargon.
Who it's for: CAs, lawyers, consultants, finance professionals, mid-level managers, founders' early teams. You don't need a technical background.
Format: In-person at The Boardroom, Raipur. Twenty seats. Six sessions, two hours each.
Investment: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per seat (varies by cohort focus)

TIER 2: Founder Bootcamp

For founders building or scaling a business in India.

What you'll do: A focused, hands-on programme for five to eight founders. Working sessions on the real problems your business is stuck on: operations, automation, hiring, customer acquisition, finance and compliance, AI-augmented workflows. You leave with frameworks you've applied, not slides you've watched.
Who it's for: First-time and second-time founders running real businesses. You're past idea stage. You have customers (even just a few) or a product close to shipping.
Format: In-person at The Boardroom, Raipur. Cohort of five to eight. Multi-day intensive plus follow-up.
Investment: ₹51,000 – ₹1,00,000 per founder

TIER 3: Junior Builders

Junior Builders: AI Program for Ages 12–17 — for students in or near Raipur.

What you'll do: A practical introduction to AI tools, built for students who'll work with these tools their whole adult lives. Less "what is AI." More "let's build a thing this week." Projects, not lectures.
Who it's for: Curious students, ages 12–17. School students, college freshers, anyone with a working laptop — year-round batches (summer, winter, weekends).
Format: In-person at The Boardroom, Raipur. Batches through the year; dates announced per batch.
Investment: Pricing announced per batch. Scholarships available (write to us).

A short note on who's actually in the room with you.

I'll be in the room for most sessions, sometimes solo, sometimes with a guest practitioner. I'm a Chartered Accountant by training, six years into practice. I run a CA firm in Raipur and a tech company called Teknosage. I've been teaching AI to professionals and CAs for over a year, including a sixteen-seat paid cohort, training for the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board, and ongoing workshops at ICAI for over six hundred CA students.

What that means for you: the person teaching the room is also the person doing the work. Not a content creator. Not a coach. A practitioner.

Questions people ask before applying.

Is this online or in-person?

In-person, at The Boardroom in Raipur. The whole point is to be in a room together. We may run online sessions later, but the flagship cohorts are physical.

I'm not in Raipur. Should I still apply?

If you can travel for a multi-day programme and you've read this far, yes. Several seats in past sessions have come from outside Chhattisgarh. We can help you find accommodation nearby.

What level of AI knowledge do I need?

None for the Professional cohort. Some product/founder experience for the Bootcamp. None for Junior Builders.

What if my cohort doesn't run?

Full refund, no questions asked.

Can my company sponsor a seat for me?

Yes. Reach out and we'll send a corporate invoice and a letter for your HR.

Can I sponsor seats for someone else?

Yes. Reach out and we'll send a corporate invoice.
