What it is

The Boardroom is the room. The cohorts and events that run here are the work.

Most “AI training” in India happens online, on a slide deck, or in a metro convention hall rented for the weekend. The Boardroom is the opposite. It’s a permanent space in Raipur where the same people show up, week after week, to do real work on real problems with real tools.

Some weeks it’s a cohort. Some weeks it’s a founder bootcamp. Some weeks it’s a workshop run by someone else who needed the room. The room stays. The work changes.

Professional AI Cohort.

For CAs, accountants, finance teams, lawyers, consultants.

Six sessions over three weeks. Twenty seats. ₹2,000–₹5,000 per seat depending on cohort focus. Held in-person at The Boardroom.

Founder Bootcamp.

For founders building or scaling a business in India.

Five to eight founders. Multi-day intensive plus follow-up. ₹51,000–₹1,00,000 per founder. Held in-person at The Boardroom.

For students aged 12–17, in or near Raipur.

Who’s running this room.

The Boardroom is run by CA Karan Gupta — Chartered Accountant in Raipur, six years in practice, founder of Teknosage (AI and ERP software for Indian businesses), ICAI faculty for seven years, mentored over 600 CA students.

Cohorts and workshops at The Boardroom are taught from inside an actual practice and an actual software company — not from textbooks, not from American AI Twitter.

No. It’s also a venue you can book by the hour, half-day, full-day, or weekend — for your own session, off-site, shoot, podcast recording, or workshop.
Twenty seats in standard boardroom setup. Reconfigurable to U-shape, theatre, or workshop. Larger groups (20+) — WhatsApp us and we’ll figure it out.
Full refund up to 48 hours before your booking. 50% refund within 48 hours. No refund within 6 hours, but you can transfer to another date within 30 days.
Yes. This is a common booking pattern. Full-day weekday rate (₹4,500) plus catering add-on. GST invoice issued in company name.
The room includes a 75″ 4K display, HDMI + AirPlay + Google Cast, whiteboard wall, wifi (with cabled backup), and power at every seat. If you need anything beyond that, mention it in your booking enquiry.
Yes. WhatsApp us and we’ll set up a 15-minute walkthrough. We also do quick virtual tours on video call if you’re not in Raipur.
The room is one room. Bookings are first-come, first-confirmed. If you’re applying for a cohort and the dates are advertised, those dates are already blocked.
